Competing in a lottery is all about good luck. You do not have to blink out in anything, you just have to buy a ticket and hope it is your lucky day. For the couple Stacey from Swindon it was definitely their lucky day. They had not even bought a ticket but still managed to win £30.000. Of course you can not keep such a large amount of money if it is not yours to keep and you should return it to its owner but I think that if someone would offer me £30.000 that is not mine, I would not walk away either. I think I would take that chance, grab it with both hands, and go shopping. Just like the Stacey’s did.

I think Stacey made the right decision. If you find something, with no address on it, you can keep it. How on earth are you ever going to give it back then? They spend half of the money and I think they should not be sentenced! The old lady lost it! It is her own fault.
