Coleen: I'll lie back and think of England

Manchester United player Wayne Rooney and his wife Colleen are expecting their first baby but are not planning to gave birth the regular way. They are expecting their child on October 10 which caused a problem. That is also the day Wayne has to play for England in a key World Cup qualifier. Now the couple have decided to have a C-section at the end of September so that Wayne could watch his first child being born and be there for his wife and will still be able to play for the English team.

Who said that you can have it all? Well, this couple can and if the doctors would refuse to do the C-section, what would be a logical thing to do because there is no legitimate reason why Colleen could not give birth to their first child the regular way, the £30 million worth couple would pay the doctors an awful lot to make them do what they want. I do understand that you want to watch your wife giving birth to you first child and I think that is more important than a football match so get your priorities straight Wayne!

Lottery warning after fraud case

Lottery organisers have warned people who are competing in the lottery to keep their tickets safe and fill out their names and addresses on the back. This is a reaction on the incident of a couple who found a £30.000 winning ticket on the floor of their local supermarket. Instead of returning the ticket to its rightful owner, they cashed the prize and spent approximately half of the prize money before they were caught and sentenced for fraud. A court hearing in July will decide whether the rightful owner of the ticket, the 61 years old Ms McDonagh, will get the other half of the prize money.

Competing in a lottery is all about good luck. You do not have to blink out in anything, you just have to buy a ticket and hope it is your lucky day. For the couple Stacey from Swindon it was definitely their lucky day. They had not even bought a ticket but still managed to win £30.000. Of course you can not keep such a large amount of money if it is not yours to keep and you should return it to its owner but I think that if someone would offer me £30.000 that is not mine, I would not walk away either. I think I would take that chance, grab it with both hands, and go shopping. Just like the Stacey’s did.
